a) Each insurance company has a unique name.
b) Each branch has a number, name, address (number, street, city), and set of phones.
c) Client can buy policy from more than one company.
d) Client information includes their name, set of address (P.O. Box, city, zip code, country), phone, and social security number.
e) Insurance policies have numbers, types (e.g. health, belongings and households). To name a policy uniquely, we need to give both the branch number to which this policy belongs to and the policy number.
f) Not all clients must own a policy and a client may have at most 3 policies.
g) A policy can belong to a family, an adult and his/her children (children depend on their parent. h) A client may have many policies in different branches.
Draw an ER diagram based on the above requirements (write any assumptions you make).
