Exhibit I St. Hubertus Crossing Bridge Contract Highlights Responsibilities and obligations of the US Government and the States of Fremont and Pike A total of $347 million will be paid to Wasa and Mann for the construction of the bridge, highway bypasses and bridge access roads. Progress payments will be made on the first of each month. The progress payments will be based on the amount of concrete used in the construction of the bridge and roadways during the prior month. 1. The two state and federal governments will provide all necessary waivers from the Environmental Protection Act and other state regulations necessary for the construction of the bridge and roadways. 2.
