Exhibit I St. Hubertus Crossing Bridge Contract Highlights Responsibilities and obligations of the US Government and the States of Fremont and Pike A total of $347 million will be paid to Wasa and Mann for the construction of the bridge, highway bypasses and bridge access roads. Progress payments will be made on the first of each month. The progress payments will be based on the amount of concrete used in the construction of the bridge and roadways during the prior month. 1. The two state and federal governments will provide all necessary waivers from the Environmental Protection Act and other state regulations necessary for the construction of the bridge and roadways. 2. The two states will acquire the necessary land and road right-of-ways for the construction of the bridge and roads within their respective states. 3. During construction of the bridge, the state of Fremont will provide five acres of land adjacent to the bridge construction site for use as a concrete casting site 4. Responsibilities and obligations of Wasa and Mann Design and construction of an Extradosed bridge over the St Hubertus River just west of Lange and Sitchee, including a. The development of architectural and engineering designs for the bridge subject to the approval of the 1. states. b. The costs of moving of all equipment and materials to the construction site prior to construction (commonly referred to as mobilization costs). The laying of the pier foundations in the St. Hubertus River. d. c. The construction of the bridge piers. e. The placement of the bridge deck. 2. 3. 4.
