Basics of the project, from the Project Description

The project consists of a residential and commercial planned development on 24.93 acres. The project has been designed as a compact, walkable neighborhood to complement the adjacent Town Green and downtown Windsor area. The project consists of 403 residential units and 77,000 square feet of retail space.

The project site currently contains the remnants of the Windsorland Mobile Home Park, including the Parks office building, internal roadways, and utility infrastructure. Land uses in the surrounding area include Windsors downtown, Town Green, Civic Center and other commercial land uses to the west, a gas station to the south, Highway 101 to the east and commercial land uses to the north. The Windsor-Healdsburg Mortuary is located north of the project site.
