• Diane - Diane works as a software designer for an innovative microcomputer manufacturer. She enjoys her work because it provides her with challenging and interesting work and it pays well. In her firm, bonuses are awarded every quarter on the basis of individual employee accomplishments. People who perform well are also given first choice of new projects. As a well-trained and competent worker Diane is able to do her job very well so long as she works hard.
