Expert Witness Assignment Your assignment is to identify and interview an expert witness in any field that you choose. (This expert should not be related to you.) You need to find out as much as possible about the qualifications, training, and experience that establishes the witness as an expert. You are to prepare a report (memorandum style) describing the qualifications, etc. of the witness and the field of expertise. You must describe if the witness has ever testified in court as a witness, if so how many times and in what court or courts. Your report must describe how the expert's testimony would assist in a court case.
