1. Explain generally the law applicable to "acceptance of offer" under the "postal rule". With special reference to these two cases, Ignatius v Bell (1913) 2 FMSLR 115 (Court of Appeal, Federated Malay States) and Holwell Securities Ltd v Hughes [1974] 1 All ER 161 (Court of Appeal, England & Wales) and other relevant cases, explain how you would decide if you are dealing with an identical case and issue involving the postal rule, whether to follow the approach in Ignatius v Bell case, or adopt the rule in Holwell Securities Ltd v Hughes, and why?
