You may explain a strategy you used:

• before traininge.g.
  • learning styles questionnaire (in this case name the questionnaire and submit a summary of the results)
  • questions you may have asked members of the learner group, before training (in this case list some of the questions asked and summarise their responses)

OR

• during traininge.g.
  • a warm-up activity that revealed some learning preferences (in this case, describe the warm-up activity you ran, and explain how you adjusted your training as a result of the activity)
  • throughout training, you may have offered choices on how to complete some activitiese.g. "I can show you first, or just let you try it; what do you prefer?" In this case, describe what you did and explain how you adjusted the session
  • you may simply have paid particular attention to individual learners in the group throughout the session. In this case, describe what you noticed and explain how you adjusted your delivery to meet needs.

You may explain how and with whom you confirmed delivery arrangements and how you identified and responded to the needs of individual learners within the group as the session progressed.
