Explain, in depth, how and why each scenario creates possible negligence liability. These are scenarios I came up with myself, so if it does not create possible negligence liability, can you come up with a similar scenario that does?

1. A Clean-employee begins mopping the floor after normal client business hours. Before he finishes, a client-employee walks by and slips, falling and breaking his wrist.
2. Client-employee opens the bathroom door while the Clean-employee is scrubbing the sinks. The client-employee accidentally kicks the bleach over, ruining his new pants and shoes.
3. A Clean-employee was wiping windows with Clean window cleaner. The employee was wearing proper PPE; however, when he was spraying the windows, some of the product got in his eye, causing a minor infection. The protective goggles he was wearing were damaged unbeknownst to the employee.
