1. For my event, I choose to host a Gala Concert Opera. Staffing and Staff Orientation Plan: A selection of 30 employees will be created by Cypress Cove management. The committee will be split into five sections, each containing five employees. The management will assign these group special tasks as needed. Every employee in the groups will be responsible for tasks they are assigned. E. Management Plan: Management will be responsible for planning for the event and monitoring every aspect of it. They are accountable for everything from staffing the event and setting up the first orientation meeting, to making sure the events conclusion the last piece oftrash is thrown away. This includes assigning each member of the staff to one of the ve different groups, creating checklists and objectives for each group, ensuring all supplies such as tables and decorations are on property and set up, and that the event is running smoothly and each guest has lled out a survey card before leaving. Each manager will be assigned a group to supervise. In addition to those responsibilities, management will be greeting guests as they arrive and will be \"oating\" around the event helping where and as it is needed. 2.
