What are the remedies of the buyer, if he already paid the purchase price ahead of time, but the seller failed to deliver as the car was swept by the flashflood, days before the delivery.

i. What if despite warning that there will be a flash flood, the seller failed to act promptly, what are the remedies of the buyer?

ii. What if the object of the sale is "a sedan". What is the effect of the loss of the seller's sedan, to the obligation?
