In Module 5 you will be making the Craig (2020) case study about craft breweries in Montana. To gain experience with craft breweries and scanning the external environment, I would like for you to make an external factor analysis summary (EFAS; see example in Table 4.5) for Hop Hound Brew Pub https://hophoundbrewpub.com/ A few things to remember when conducting an EFAS:

1. Opportunities and threats occuroutsidean organization. For instance, consumer demand for craft beers is an external opportunity whereas a great recipe for a craft beer is an internal strength (strengths and weaknesses are covered in Chapter 5).

2.
