As a starting point, please find attached Profit and Loss Statements for this year (Year 2) and last year (Year 1). I also have an interest in the Australian in-store market more specifically as we will need to be making some decisions about this side of the business soon. With that in mind, I have also attached sales data for that side of the business for this year (Year 2) and last year (Year 1). I have had a cursory glance over these materials and my initial thoughts are summarised in the attached report but it was just a 'cursory' glance. As a final point, I've also attached a handful of customer reviews and related information, which I am assured represent the bigger picture regarding our financial call centres and products more widely.
