She produces an interim order of possession of the matrimonial home issued by the court. How do you explain the situation to the husband? 3. A woman attends the police station and lodges a complaint against her estranged husband. She produces a current and valid restraining order granted by the local Family Court against him. Her allegation is that he repeatedly calls her to the point where she cannot carry on a regular routine.
