Fatima manages a hair dresser salon where she is the general manager and supervises 6 staff. She does not require another manager as she is capable to look after the day-to day operation of her salon. However, Fatima does not have good accounting and finance skills and therefore requires the help of the Company AccountXY to do the accounting and finance part for her. She works very long hours (approx. 70 hours a week).
