Felix was drunk. Regardless of his condition, he drove home by himself. On his way home, he knocked down a pedestrian at the roadside and caused the pedestrian's death. Due to that, Felix was charged under section 44 of the Road Transport Act for driving recklessly under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and causes the death of others.
