Prior to the pandemic, the company experienced difficulties in retaining employees at the Tampa headquarters. Since the pandemic, the company continues to experience high turnover and difficulties recruiting employees. Mateo Alvarez Morales, the vice president of Human Resources, seeks to discover possible reasons for the hiring and retention issues.
