2. Weaknesses before attending the workshop
3. Improvements to these weaknesses after the workshop
4. New strengths gained during the workshop
5. New weaknesses uncovered during the workshop
6. Plan for how will improve negotiation weaknesses
7. Other relevant events, changes, improvements, etc.
