BUS 272 - Organizational Management Final Research Paper Guidelines: The research paper will be on a well-known business leader such as Bill Gates, Anne Sweeney, Carly Fiorina, Rupert Murdoch, Mark Zuckerberg, etc. Choose someone noted for his or her superior leadership skills. Write a 2000-word essay on the traits that have made this person an outstanding eader. Conversely, you can discuss the leadership skills this person lacks. Base your discussion on positive traits that have been identified as evidence of good practice in course readings and materials The paper should address the following: 1. The person's leadership approach or style 2. How the leader handles his/her social and ethical respond to 3. How the leader establishes a vision for the company 4.
