Instruct your volunteer to wear the pedometer or keep their smartphone app running to track their daily steps for a minimum of one week. Create a table to record the data, including the date and total number of steps for each day. Analyze the collected data to identify trends, variations, and any patterns in your volunteer's daily step counts. Calculate the average step count for the week and consider factors discussed in the interview that might explain variations in the step count.
