find an actual Informative or Positive Message that you have received recently. A likely example of this would be an email from a company or organization with which you have a relationship, but you are free to include something else as well such as a social media message or posting, a letter or text message, etc. As detailed in the chapter, messages like this might include:

• announcements about new products, services, or features being offered
• a reduction in costs or fees of a subscription or service you use
• an expansion of options or availability
• congratulations about winning a contest, achieving a milestone, etc.

You will copy-paste, scan, screenshot, or otherwise provide a legible copy of the actual message.Be sure that any personal or account information is not included.

Along with the message you received, you will also critique its language usage and best practices as discussed in Chapter 8. What could the sender have done to improve the message, its language or content, or organize it differently to be easier to understand? You must include at least a few sentences discussing your thoughts.
