Find an article about a lawsuit. The article can come from any reputable online or news source. The article needs to have enough information that you are able to determine:

• Is the legal issue astate issueor afederal issue?

Then type up and turn in an essay which includes the following:

• A summary of the facts; and
• Answers to the 3 questions stated above
• After the essay, include a list of questions that came to mind as you read the article.
