Find and post a training program/video/social media post you found to be an effective learning example:

Post a training example you found especially effective. It can be as long or as short as you want. I would suggest looking at youtube, and LinkedIn learning. It would even be better if you find a different source of training. Discuss what kind of knowledge is imparted, why the training was effective, and how learning is transferred.
