Find and read a news article related to the Balanced Scorecard using the MCC Library resources (see link and instructions below) or another reputable news outlet, such as Bloomberg, Forbes, Barron's, Yahoo Finance, etc. Write a 2-paragraph summary of the article that includes (a) what you learned while reading the article, (b) how the article relates to the course and/or your personal or career experiences, and (c) a question this article leads you to wonder about or consider. Guidelines:
Articles should be dated within the past six months.
Articles should be news-related rather than academic or definitional (e.g., not from Investopedia).
Include the article name, author, and date published within the body of the post.
Make sure to summarize the article in your own words and address all of the questions posed above.
Be certain include a link to the article so your peers and instructor can read the article as well.
MCC Library Instructions: You can access a variety of online resources through MCC's library website: https://www.mccneb.edu/library. Login with your MCC username and password. Click on the box labeled Databases (the box under Discovery) and then select Business & Economics in the Subject List. This will bring you to a new tab with a number of resources available. Scroll down to "eBooks, Magazine, Newspaper & Journal Articles." Then, select the database you want to search (i.e., Omaha World Herald or Wall Street Journal).
