It can be a YouTube video, a TedTalk, a news article about a management$-$related issue, an interview, a blog, a podcast$--$any resource, as long as it squarely addresses management of people in a nonprofit. Then share the link to the resource and describe why it is relevant and how it contrasts with or exemplifies the principles in the textbook and other resources for the module. Feel free to share a resource that inspires or raises questions $($in which case, explain the questions that it raises$).$ I$\text{'}$m particularly interested in any insights or "revelations" that it might have about the differences $($if any$)$ between managing people in a for$-$profit versus non$-$profit environment.
