1. Were realtors only concerned about getting their client to purchase the most expensive home that they could qualify for rather than helping their client find a home that they could actually afford?
2. Have we learned our lesson and have our representatives in congress provided legislation to prevent another disaster or are we in for more of the same insane legislation designed to garner votes and promote ideologies by social engineering.
3. How is today's historic inflation of property values the same/different than that of the early 2000s (economy, credit programs/standards, interest rates, etc)?
