Find the equation for the signal - to - noise ratio ( SNR ) , in decibels, as a function of the number of neurons

Find the equation for the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), in decibels, as a function of the number of neurons which respond to the stimulus. Then plot it.
Hint: Root mean square of a signal constitutes the standard deviation of a signal with zero mean. The formula for RMS is the square root of the mean of the squared values of the signal.
Please upload the pdf of the jupyter notebook to GradescopeLinks to an external site.. Include the equation derivation, the code and plot.
You can either:
1- type equations in the jupyter notebook using Markdown. Select a cell, then click on Cell>Cell Type> Markdown, the cell will become slightly wider, then you can type text in Markdown syntax. An equation can be added using the dolar sign, e.g. $E=mc^2$
or
2- attach images of handwritten equations
