Find the mean and standard error of the sample means thatis normally distributed with a mean of 10 and a standard deviation of 2 and a sample size of 25.

I got the error to be 0.4 but do not know what they mean by finding the mean when they tell me thee mean is 10.

Using the above distribution find the probability of a score less than 11. What formula do I use for this?
