First, address whether it fits the needs of the organization, from both a human capital perspective and a diversity and inclusion perspective. Second, how would you suggest measuring the success and fit of such a program at SAP (or another organization). Third, address the program from a global perspective. Does it meet the parameters of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as discussed over the past several weeks? Are there any ethical questions concerning programs such as this? Finally, address whether programs such as these values the individual, or values the individual's productivity. In other words, what happens to a diversity program that does not demonstrate an ROI
