First argue as the attorney!For the first part of the discussion, you will be arguing a case on behalf of a client. Pick onlyonehypothetical and decide which party you want to represent. Argue your client's case as persuasively as possible (imagine you are addressing a judge or jury). Please state the contract claim that you are arguing, the elements of the claim, and apply the elements to the facts of the case. Remember, there may be more than one legal claim available, so even if someone has already posted a brief representing a client that you are interested in, there may be additional arguments you can to present.

For the second part of the discussion,you must act as a judge. Read the posts about a case that you did not argue. Tell us which argument(s) you found most persuasive and why. If you were the judge, which party would win in court and why?

Monday/Tuesday- Post your argument as an attorney for one of the clients below.

Wednesday/Thursday- Pick a case that you didnotargue, evaluate the briefs on both sides, and vote on which side you believe should win this case and explain why.
