First, make an outline that summarizes the communication plan for a significant organizational change or event. Consider the following examples: the restructuring of a team, department or business unit; the closure/ending of the business; etc.

Second, include a fully composed email that communicates specifics around the change or event.

Make sure to answer the following questions as you make a communication plan and draft your email:

• Who is your audience?
• What is your strategy for reaching your audience effectively?
• How are you tailoring your message to reach the individual, group, and organizational levels?
• What powers of influence will you utilize?
• What barriers to communication are present?
• What is your timeline?
• What method(s) will you use and why (in-person, written, video, email, newsletter, etc.)?
• How will you measure your results? (How will you know the message was received?)
• How does the application of a biblical worldview and biblical principles affect your communication plan?

Add the email after the outline and provide evidence to support your outline with three academic sources.
