First quarter economic data is rolling in. How is the US Economy doing? Where is the US Economy headed? Visit one of the suggested websites and report on one specific aspect of the Economy.

There are many different Economic Indicators that are tracked to determine the health of the economy and to get an indication of where the economy is heading.

Select ONE aspect of the economy to report on. Only one student per specific area of the economy. That would mean only one report on the unemployment rate, only one report on the labor force participation rate, only one report on the trade deficit, only one report on housing starts, only one report on the Consumer Price Index, only one report on GDP growth, etc. etc. etc. There are plenty of topics to choose from so it should not be a problem to find your own special topic.(Exceptpersonal and disposable income increases 2021-2022,Unemployment Rates after Covid,GDP growth,housing,Trade on goods and services deficitbecauseithasbeenchosenbymyfriends)

Site the source of your data, include a graph or chart if possible. Describe what the data tells us about the health of the economy and where the US may be heading.
