Senior leadership has requested that you evaluate the organization with regard to learning and knowledge sharing. They would like to be known as a learning organization in the hopes of improving employee satisfaction and innovation. In your role as the newly promoted department manager, prepare a report to deliver to the organization's senior leadership.
