Firtstly im consider extrovert, intuitive, thinker, and judger, I prefer to be decisive, set clear goals, and work methodically to achieve them. therfore i like leading projects, making strategic decisions, and streamlining procedures, the outcomes was surprise for me because probably be in line with leadership style and self-perception which I thought I didn't have, because I considered myself very shy, but i am being a leader and like working in a team. thus i agree with results.
