Fist Fight. Kyle punched Walt in the face in the parking lot of a local bar, breaking Walt's nose. Kyle was charged with aggravated assault. He claims self-defense; Kyle states that Walt was angry with him for dating Walt's ex-girlfriend, and that Walt started the fight by swinging his fist at Kyle's head. Kyle ducked and then threw a punch (which connected with Walt's nose) to defend himself.

1. The prosecutor calls Wanda during his case-in-chief. Wanda will testify that Kyle is "aggressive, quick-tempered, and prone to violence."

2. In his case-in-chief, defendant Kyle calls Babs to say that Kyle is "gentle and non-violent, and more likely to run away from a fight than to participate in one."

3. In rebuttal to (b), the prosecutor calls Wanda who testifies as in (a).

10.In his case-in-chief, defendant Kyle calls Frieda to the stand to say that she was with Kyle at a different bar one night when a drunk man threw beer in his face and challenged him to a fight, and in response, Kyle ran away and hid in the bathroom.
