FitLife strongly feels they should have control over the way in which any in$-$person events are scheduled, staged, and run $($e$.$g$.$ coordinating with gyms, organizing logistics$,$ etc.$).$ Actually, you don't mind this because you have not done this level of production before and feel their expertise would be useful. A$.$ Hold back at this point $-$ you don't want to give in to any of their demands unless you really have to

B$.$ Trade it as soon as you get anything valuable back in return

C$.$ Tell them immediately this is not a problem

D$.$ Emphasize that you agree this is a valuable point and look for something to trade this for something of equally high or higher value to you $($such as control over your image rights$)$
