2. As you watched the LinkedIn Learning video called Five Clues of Strengths, what strengths of your own were you able to identify? List four or five strengths and provide rationale for your answers.
3. Which of your High 5 strengths did you find to be particularly accurate? Give an example of how this strength shows up in your life. (empathizer, coach, peace keeper, optimist and thinker)
4. Which, if any, of the High 5 strengths surprised you? Why?
5. After reviewing the list of all 20 High 5 strengths, which one(s) are you certain you do NOT have? Why?
6. Think about the best leader you have ever interacted with. The leader could be a boss, teacher, coach or mentor. What strengths or characteristics made them a great leader? Be sure to apply the concepts from the module.
