Flora had surgery and was in the hospital for 5 days. When Flora left the hospital, she was instructed to rest at home. Flora was told not to do any housework or to drive her car for 10 days. The hospital arranged for Home Health Aides, Inc. ("HHA") to go to Flora's house each of the 10 days to take care of Flora. At the end of the 10 days, HHA presented its bill for $5,000. Flora doesn't think she owes any money.
