He has been taking L-dopa (Figure 1) / carbidopa (Figure 2) plus am antadine (Figure 3), but has been experiencing decreased function, cog-w heel rigidity, and renewed onset of hypokinesia. At the last clinic visit, FM was placed on reserpine (Figure 4 ) and a diuretic as an approach to treating his hypertension. 0 ver the last 6 weeks, he has had decreased mobility and increased mental status changes, which can be attributed to the medication additions. 1.
