Question 4: [15 Points] Write a complete C program consisting of a main and a function named CountChar. CountChar takes as input parameters an array of characters, a characters x and a pointer to an integer xCountPtr. The function counts the number of occurrences (sel) of x in the array and stores that in the memory location pointed at by xCountPtr. The main creates an array of characters with size 100 and fills it with 100 characters that it reads from the keyboard. The main then reads two characters ch1 and ch2 from the keyboard and makes two calls to CountChar using call-by-reference to find the number of occurrences of each of these two characters and prints both numbers
