For a project of their choice must implement one of the applications presented in the course, to craft their project. Using Trello, Google Sheets or Microsoft Project, students will develop a Work-Breakdown-Structure for their desired project, illustrating how the project will evolve. The students must incorporate important components of tracking into their application, including a budget/actual expenses; team charter; schedule with resources and responsibilities. This must be their original work for a project they have done or plan to do or are in the process of implementing. Each phase of the project life cycle will be highlighted, along with the progress of cost, quality and time.
