Add text-based question responses, truth tables, etc. to this document and submit with .circ files.

1. (3 pts) Build a NOT/Inverter Gate using only a single 2-input NAND gate. Turn in the circuit (.circ file) and corresponding Truth Table.
2. (3 pts) Build an AND Gate using two 2-input NAND gates. Turn in the circuit (.circ file) and corresponding Truth Table.
