For any disease, there are always false positives and false negatives. A false positive result occurs when the patient tests positive for the disease but does not really have it; a false negative occurs when a patient tests negative for a disease but does have it. This happens for a number of reasons, sometimes having to do with the sensitivity of the testing method and sometimes because various people react very differently to a disease. Let H be the event that a patient has a disease, and let T be the event that a patient tests positive for the disease. Based upon extensive testing, the FDA has determined the following. - Of all patients who test negative, 41.0% actually have the disease. - Of patients who test positive, 78.5% actually have the disease. - Of all those persons tested, 59.8% test positive for the disease. What is the false negative rate of the test? In other words, of all patients who have the disease, what proportion test negative? Write your answer as a decimal; for example, if your answer is 24.5%, write your answer as 0.245 . Round your answer to three decimal places. Remember to add Os if needed to have three decimal places
