1). Identify and list the different taxes imposed 

2). Obtain the text of the uniformity and equality constitutional provision. 

3). Compare the provision to the Federal Equal Protection Clause. Evaluate whether it is more, less, or equally demanding as the federal standard. 

4). Research the latest case in which the courts (federal or state) have analyzed and interpreted your state's uniformity and equality constitutional provision.
