For each of the following situations, indicate whether or not the CPA may be violating the AICPA Code of Ethics. Explain why you think so using specific rules of the Code, whether you have determined that there is a violation or not, so you must establish it clearly.1- Pera, CPA, has a broad knowledge of the contribution law, and has realized that he knows many people who prepare their own contribution forms. Therefore, he has proposed to them to review their forms and not charge them any fees for said review. However, he tells them that he will charge them a third of the total amount of savings that he manages to identify in the review of each payroll.2- Darden, CPA, and their associates already audit several municipalities. However, he proposes to contact other CPAs so that they can get more municipalities as customers. In fact, he offers to pay them a commission as intermediaries of $500(finder's fee) per client they get, but he does not intend to disclose it to his prospective customers.3- Bill Jones, an individual practicing CPA, made available to anotherCPA the audit worksheets of one of your clients for the latter to perform a review of Jones' professional practice (peer review), but did so without the consent of his client.4- John Adams, CPA, accepted and hired to audit Kelly Company. During the audit he realized that he did not have the technical competence to carry it out. However, it concluded and issued an unmodified opinion on Kelly Company's financial statements.5- In the process of preparing his client's tax form, the CPA deducted an item at the client's request because he knows that it is justified to do so from what the tax law establishes.
