1. Identify the main purpose of the law. 2. Determine if, in your opinion, the law is a 'good' or 'bad' law. Identify one reason to support your opinion. 3. Decide whether the law should be: left as is, revised or reformed, or abolished.

1. Seat belts are worn by all individuals in a motorized vehicle. 2. An owner of property shall be given the right to use a firearm to protect his/her property, or person. 3. A student must attend school until the age of sixteen. 4. The legal age to consume alcohol in Ontario is nineteen. 5. Men and women should be given equal pay, for equal work. 6. The legal age to vote is 18.
