For homework, I have to identify three measurable/observable work behaviors and/or measurable/observable work outcomes that would either need to be decreased or increased to help an organization succeed. The three behaviors/work outcomes must be observable so they can be directly measured. In other words, they cannot be internal characteristics/personality traits (such as motivation or job satisfaction) that cannot be directly measured. Thanks for any ideas.
