For the first part of this discussion, consider Health Hazard Analysis (HHA) which specifically looks for those issues or factors that can potentially cause ill health effects in workers. Put your industrial hygiene (IH) hat on and think about Chemical Hazards, Physical Hazards, Biological Hazards, and Ergonomic Hazards. Select an example from one of the four hazards listed above and briefly describe why it is a hazard (its hazardous properties), its impact on the human body, the means of measuring the hazard, and simple steps to eliminate/control the hazard.
