The solution will be used by staff accountants for Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounts. The business lead is the Controller and the sponsor is the CFO.

The new acquired law practice management software must:

Track prospective, current, and non$-$current customers. The customer information could include$($ but may not be exhaustive$)$ name, customer primary contact, status $($prospective$,$ current, previous$),$ customer address $($street$,$ city, state, zip, country$),$ phone numbers, email address, project names, estimate amount per project, project start and end date, contractors assigned to project, billing information.

Track billable hours for each customer and provide billing invoices. It should provide case management for repeat customers $($customer information, last time contacted, etc$).$ The company makes revenue based on billable hours, so you need to be able track those and bill for those correctly.
