For these programs to work in the United States, they would have to be changed to fit the people of America. This will differ significantly from the way other countries conduct counter-radicalization. The U.S. would face an uphill climb in its initial efforts at designing and establishing one of these programs. To be successful, there would need to be a rigorous monitoring system that would rely heavily on evidence and thorough assessment, which would need to be supported by a clear strategy and end state.
